How to request a return
Contact Your Last Watch with your order details and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. Each request is reviewed before a return, replacement or refund is approved.
Machine warranty
A 1-year machine warranty applies to eligible watches. Physical damage, misuse, straps, batteries and water damage are excluded unless the product page states otherwise.
