Basic terms for shopping with Your Last Watch.
Payment and delivery
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Delivery inside Dhaka is BDT 50 and delivery outside Dhaka is BDT 100 unless a different charge is clearly shown before the order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier or location conditions.
Returns
A return may be requested within 3 days of delivery when an item arrives damaged or is materially different from the product shown. Contact us with order details and clear photos or video. Approval is required before sending an item back.
Warranty and responsibility
Eligible watches include a 1-year machine warranty. Physical damage, misuse, straps, batteries and water damage are excluded unless stated otherwise. Your Last Watch is not responsible for delays or loss caused by information supplied incorrectly by the customer.
